Diyaksha is an orthotist from South Africa. She holds a BHSc in Medical Orthotics & Prosthetics from Durban University of Technology, where she graduated Top 5% in her cohort. She received her MSc in Human Rehabilitation Studies from Stellenbosch University.

Diyaksha started her career at the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health in Durban, South Africa, where she managed over 5,000 cases over 7 years across lower limb orthotics, spinal orthotics, upper limb orthotics and lower limb prosthetics. She covered the full-spectrum care from assessment and custom device design to precision fitting within multidisciplinary teams.

At Sano Orthotics, Diyaksha focuses on evidence-based devices and clear patient education that restore mobility, comfort, and independence. Diyaksha's philosophy is rooted in empowering individuals through personalized and compassionate care that enhances function, dignity and quality of life.
